At BrowChickaWax, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment, change your mind regarding a service or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the missed appointment cost plus tax. If you are late for your appointment time we will do our best to accommodate your scheduled service, however you will still be charged in full for all services booked.
We value your time and the time of other potential customers who may have wanted that appointment time. When appointments are missed or canceled without adequate notice, it affects our operations and other clients who may have wanted that appointment time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make every effort to be accommodating. However, we ask for your cooperation in providing adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us maintain a high level of service for all of our clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate you and offer the appointment time to another client.
